This session is designed for complete beginners, assuming they have little or no exposure to WordPress. Participants will be given a sandbox website (a place where they can play) if they don’t have their own hosting to use for the duration of WordCamp Canada to learn. We will discuss the common misconceptions around WordPress and some of the considerations that Canadians may need to be aware of when working with their websites, such as language differences and default settings.
