Sponsor Prospectus

WordCamp Canada • Ottawa, Ontario • October 16-17

What’s in each package, and why it might be right for you

This fall, connect with Canada’s most responsive and forward-looking developers, agencies, and businesses in the logistically simplest way possible, in the most productive atmosphere you’ll find yourself in this year.

A WordCamp Canada sponsorship puts you in the building with your very best prospects and potential partners, so you can build the relationships that can not only finish your year—but build your future, no matter where that future takes us all. And forget complicated logistical coordination: you can make it all happen in a couple of clicks.

So check out this guide to WCEH 2025’s sponsorship tiers and benefits. Whatever your budget, whatever your ability to load in equipment and set up a space, you’ll find a level that’s right for you to make the impact you want.

And above everything else, please know the organizers recognize your commitment to and thank you for your support of the WordPress community.

Sponsorship Benefits and Engagement Opportunities

Circles (Networking Events)

What if you could have targeted discussions with your ideal customer segments? Well, as a Confederation or Northern Lights sponsor, you can. In six slots over two days, you can lead a Networking Circle with your audience to find out what they like, what they need, what makes them happy and—most important!—what you can fix to keep them coming back to you for everything they need.

Brand exposure in content marketing

Blog posts and social media mentions before and throughout the event expose your brand to your very best prospects. At higher tiers, you’ll get individual recognition, while at lower tiers you’ll be visible in your tier’s group in promotional materials.

On-Site Branding and Visibility

At the Laurentian tier ($1,000 CAD), you can also claim exclusive branding opportunities like coffee carts, meal sponsorships, snack stations, and after-party branding. Interested? Grab these now—there aren’t many, and they will run out.

And at every tier, your logo will be on the slide decks that play between sessions, in swag bag inserts, and on-stage acknowledgments.

Booth and Exhibit Space

Wa a physical presence at the event? Choose between dedicated and shared booth spaces, and host a dinner:

Activity Sponsorship (Evening Dinners)

Foster high-value networking opportunities with intimate dinners at restaurants across the city. Capped at 30 people, these dinners are exclusively available to Global, Confederation, and Northern Lights sponsors. WordCamp organizers handle the logistics, while you cover the cost of drinks (with the option to cover more).

Booth Options

  • Exclusive Booth/Table: As a Confederation or Northern Lights sponsor, you get your own six-foot long table in the sponsor area. Plus, the two Confederation sponsors get more display space with end-cap placements.
  • Shared and Scheduled Booths: As a Great Lakes sponsor, you get your own booth for one day of the conference (you choose which day). As a Maple Leaf sponsor, you’ll share a booth with another sponsor.
