WordCamp Canada is an event for anyone interested in WordPress. Are you just starting out or curious to learn? Maybe you are a designer or a content creator. Maybe you’re a publisher or a developer. Whatever your background, you’ll meet great people like you learning and doing all kinds of exciting things with WordPress at WordCamp Canada.
Expect two full days packed with hands-on workshops, enlightening talks from experts, and lots of time to meet old friends and new contacts so you can grow, connect, and learn.

Your ticket grants you access to WordCamp Canada events on Oct 16-17th, which includes:
- Dozens of engaging speaker sessions,
- Networking opportunities to connect with fellow web professionals,
- Lunches and snack / beverage breaks,
- Opportunities to meet with our sponsors — digital agencies, hosting providers, plugin and theme developers, and other product and service providers in the WordPress and webtech space.
- The Afterparty.

On the ticket registration form you will find an option to indicate severe allergies. After selecting this option and completing your ticket purchase, a member of our organizing team will contact you directly to discuss your needs in detail.
If you need a visa letter:
Once you have purchased a ticket, please contact us at canada@wordcamp.org to request a letter for your visa application.
Micro-sponsor Tickets
Micro-sponsor tickets are priced to cover the full costs of attendance. If you can afford a little extra, please consider purchasing a Micro-Sponsor ticket as a way of giving back to the WordPress community. Micro-sponsors will be listed on our Micro-sponsor wall for their contribution to WordCamp Canada 2025.
Micro-sponsor tickets: $275 CAD.
Regular / Régulier (Voyageur) Tickets
The Regular Ticket is priced below the real cost of attendance to keep WCEH affordable. Our generous sponsors help cover the total cost of the event by subsidizing the true cost of these tickets for attendees.
Regular tickets: $100.00 CAD.

Accessibility
Our conference venue is accessible for anyone using mobility assistive devices like wheelchairs and scooters. Richcraft Hall’s theatre and classrooms have accessible door buttons, adjustable height podiums, assistive listening devices, and flexible seating.

Attendee List
If you have opted-in to be listed on the Attendees page, the following information will be included on tht page. You can choose to hide this information by following the link in your confirmation email and modifying the settings for displaying:

Hotels and Lodging
We’ve provided a list of nearby hotels and places to stay, including the local jail. (Former prison, actually — and now a hostel.)
Purchasing Multiple Tickets
Each ticket is valid for one person only. If you are bringing a guest, they’ll need their own ticket.
When purchasing more than one ticket in a single transaction, you’ll need to provide the full name and email address for each person whose ticket you are buying.
Each attendee will receive an email with a confirmation link in the message to connect their ticket to their WordPress.org account for verification.
Recording
For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and/or professional photographers and videographers at the WordCamp event. By attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in the WordCamp.
Refunds
Tickets are refundable only until October 2nd 2025. A refund link will be in your ticket email.
