Discover Vancouver

West Coast bound.
One premier destination.

In November 2026, WordCamp Canada touches down in Vancouver, BC, where coastal mountains meet the ocean and a thriving tech scene meets world-class culture. Whether you’re here strictly for the sessions or extending your trip to explore, this vibrant city provides the ultimate backdrop for our national WordPress gathering.

City Skyline during Nighttime

Downtown core.
One vibrant hub.

WordCamp Canada 2026 takes place at Robson Square, a landmark civic plaza right in the downtown core. Designed by legendary architect Arthur Erickson, it’s not a secluded, walled-off conference centre, it’s a multi-level complex woven directly into the fabric of the city.

The Hallway Track

Step out the doors and into the heart of the city. Robson Square features steps, nooks, and public plazas perfect for impromptu meetings and casual sponsor catch-ups, ensuring you experience the real Vancouver without feeling trapped in a tourist bubble.

Food & Drink

WordCampers need coffee and great food. Luckily, you are in a culinary capital. Grab a quick ramen bowl on Robson Street between sessions, explore Chinatown’s legendary bakeries, or head to Gastown and Yaletown for lively patios and evening pub crawls.

Explore the City

Take time to discover the West Coast. From the stunning exhibitions at the neighboring Vancouver Art Gallery to the world-renowned urban rainforest of Stanley Park, the absolute best of the city is just a short stroll or transit ride away from the venue.
