Mikey has been working with WordPress for over 15 years and you can tell because of the drawer full of WordPress stickers in his house and the fact that all his kids had WP onesies. He has worked on plugins like Sensei and WP Job Manager, contributes to the WordPress Core AI team, has helped many folks launch sites on WP VIP, and most recently he has been helping organizations figure out how to best leverage AI for WordPress.
