From welcoming attendees to supporting speakers and helping behind the scenes, volunteers help create a smooth, friendly, and inclusive experience for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No prior experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            What We Expect<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            We keep things simple and flexible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Be available during your assigned volunteer shift(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Be friendly, helpful, and welcoming<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Communicate with your assigned team lead if needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Show up a little early for orientation (if assigned)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              That\u2019s it \u2014 we\u2019ll guide you through the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              No Experience Needed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              You don\u2019t need to be a WordPress expert or have volunteered before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              We\u2019ll provide guidance, instructions, and support so you feel comfortable in your role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              If it\u2019s your first WordCamp – even better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Time Commitment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Volunteer shifts are typically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Half-day or full-day blocks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Assigned based on availability and preference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Flexible wherever possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
